This presentation will focus on how to implement GIS/Asset Management for all municipalities, no matter the size. Presenter will talk about the attributes of successful implementation on all levels. We will discuss several examples of small communities in Wisconsin that have implemented varying forms of Asset Management, including a few live demos.
