That Voodoo That You Do
The City of Kenosha is building an ESRI dashboard to highlight development projects. The final product will include a map of all current developments: those currently under review, those that have completed their review and are approved for construction and those that are completed. The projects will be further identified by whether they are residential (multi-family), commercial, industrial, or some other type of project; and whether they are new construction, building/site additions, or alteration of an existing structure. This presentation will show the current state of the dashboards, and a "how-to" of how the project was put together.

Erosion Control with Collector
The DNR audits organizations for their erosion control monitoring. Wisconsin DNR Form 3400-187 is required to be filled out for every soil erosion inspection performed on a construction site. The Wisconsin DNR requirement states: "Inspections of implemented erosion and sediment control best management practices must be performed weekly and within 24 hours after a precipitation event 0.5 inches or greater which results in runoff. Weekly written reports of all inspections conducted by or for the permittee must be maintained throughout the period of general permit coverage." This becomes a lot of data to manage. Collector, Survey 123 and Adobe Pro come together to create a more streamlined process for Erosion Control auditing.
