Andy Swartz is a geospatial professional serving as the GIS Team Lead at State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services. He has an MS from UW-Madison Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies where he focused on decision making tools applied to environmental issues. In his spare time he plays in the woods on his bike and skis.
